A therapy session is approximately 45-55 minutes.
As a client, you are guaranteed the protection of confidentiality within the boundaries of the client/counselor relationship. The only limitations to confidentiality occur when clients are considered either a threat to themselves or someone else, or when legal requirements demand that confidential information be disclosed. In some cases a combination of medication and therapy is the right course of action. Working with your medical doctor you can determine what's best for you.
